Kataang Picspam Part 4

Because the finale was just too awesome not to be picspammed, I present the final installment of the Ginormous, Dial-up Decimating Kataang Spam!

SPOILER WARNING FOR TSR, EIP, AND SOZIN'S COMET.





So one day Katara comes up to Aang because she wants to borrow Appa.



And Aang’s like “LOL field tripz with Zuko LOL”



But Katara’s like THIS IS SRS BIZNESS. I ARE SRS NINJA.



Aang wants to know what offing Katara’s mother’s killer will accomplish, and I have to agree with him there.



But Katara’s just like REVENGEREVENGEREVENGE and she’s starting to remind me of Sasuke
from Naruto, which is fairly terrifying. Next thing you know she’ll start wearing a massive purple bow around her waist and hanging out with snakes.



And then Aang calls Katara on her shit by comparing her to JET LOL.



And ho boy does that ever get a reaction!



Aang encourages her to choose forgiveness rather than revenge, since forgiveness is much healthier.



But Katara’s in revenge mode and she ain’t getting out any time soon.



So that night Katara tries to hijack Appa but Aang catches her.



And he’s like “Well I forgive you WINK WINK NUDGE NUDGE”



And Katara’s like “Nice try, but no cigar for you.”



Then Zuko and Katara go on their little field trip, and as it turns out, Aang knows Katara better than anybody, because he turned out to be exactly right about what she needed.



And Aang’s like “You did good, BB. Forgiveness is the first step towards healing.”



And Katara’s like “You may sound like a fortune cookie half the time, but you sure are cute.”



So later on, Aang is practicing his Firebending with Zuko.



And Katara is hanging around nearby, admiring the shirtlessness. (As are we, Katara! As are we!)



Then later the Gaang is at this wacky play about themselves, and Aang’s all smug, going to sit next to his girlfriend.





When Zuko the Cockblocker of Doom drops in!



And Aang’s like “WTH, man?”



And Zuko’s like “Well ever since I did it to Suki and Sokka last episode, it’s become kind of a hobby for me.”



“Plus the writers are still getting their jollies out of shipteasing the Zutarians. Now sit down already.”



Then later in the play we’re at the Cave of Wonders scene and Stage!Zuko is like “Well aren’t you the Avatar’s girl?” to Stage!Katara.



And Aang’s like FUCK YEAH, SHE’S THE AVATAR’S GIRL, THROUGH AND THROUGH.



But Stage!Katara is like “OMG noooo, he’s my little bro. Now let’s randomly make out!”



And Aang makes this adorable sad puppy face that makes me dissolve into tears and he’s like FUCK THIS I’M LEAVING.



During intermission Katara gets all worried about him, which is totally cute.



She finds him out on the balcony.



He’s all emo over the play.



So they have a romantic talk by the light of the full moon.



Aang wants to know if there’s any truth to the Just Like a Little Brother schtick.



And Katara’s like “Ya know, if Bryke really wanted to make fun of Zutara, they’d have had the actor say you were like a son to me, not a brother.”



And Aang’s like “True, but you didn’t answer my question.”



And then he’s like “When we kissed at the invasion, I figured I’d be getting laid by now. What gives?”



But Katara’s like “Sorry, Aang, but I don’t sleep with people who might die a horrible death in the near future. A gal’s heart can only take so much.”



And Aang’s like “But then surely the time is ripe for hot, desperate, we’re-about-to-die sex, yes?”



But Katara’s not down with it, so Aang decides to make his move.



SMOOCH.



Big mistake.



And Katara’s like “I’m too busy being all wrapped up in my own emotional turmoil to be making out right now!” and she leaves.



And Aang’s like WHY MUST SOMEONE AS AWESOME AND LOVEABLE AS ME FAIL SO SPECTACULARLY AT ROMANCE? and we’re like WE DON’T KNOW, BUT COME OVER HERE AND GIVE US A HUG.



And then they spend the rest of the play making sadfaces.



Later on, Aang and Zuko are practicing firebending again.



When Katara’s like “Hey! Virgin cactus juice, on the house! Sokka, don’t even think about it.”



And Aang’s like “A pretty girl offering me a refreshing beverage? How can I resist?!”



But Zuko the Cockblocker of Doom is like AHEM.



But finally he relents and Aang rushes off to go get tipsy with his girlfriend.



Later on Aang is getting all aangsty about having to kill the Firelord.



And Katara’s like WOULD YOU PLEASE TAKE A CHILL PILL.



And Aang’s like IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GUYS WOULD LIKE, HELP ME OUT YA KNOW.



And Katara’s like THAT’S WHAT WE’RE TRYING TO DO, DUMMY.



And Aang’s like WELL YOU’RE DOING A SUCKY JOB.



And Katara’s like OH NO YOU DI’INT JUST WALK AWAY FROM ME BETCH.



And I’m like “Dude. Katara and Aang arguing? HOT. They should argue more often. I mean they shouldn’t really, but you know what I mean.”

Then a ton of crazy-ass shit goes down, at the end of which, Katara pwns Azula with her ninja ice-bending skillz.





And Aang disarms Firelord Ozai in an extremely win-tastic manner.





And then there’s this big coronation ceremony for Firelord Zuko.



And Aang is everybody’s hero.



But he only has eyes for Katara.



Who only has eyes for him.



Then everyone is hanging out at Iroh’s house in Ba Sing Se.



Zuko’s serving tea, Aang’s playing with Momo, Katara and Mai are bonding.




Sokka’s working on an endearingly terrible painting of everyone to commemorate the moment, which Toph thinks looks awesome, natch.



Aang goes out on the balcony to watch the sun set.



Katara follows him and she’s like “Hey you know there’s only three minutes left in the show and we still haven’t kissed or anything.”



Except she says it without speaking.



And Aang’s like “Hey now that you mention it...” *wiggles eyebrows*



And Katara gets all blushy which makes her look even prettier than usual.



And this is about the time when I started bawling.



But since this is Kataang we’re talking about, they have to hug first.



Because for Katara and Aang, hugs trump everything else.
