Upd8: Everyone is basketcases
Ugh, I really need to stop this "write a post every single time Homestuck updates" nonsense. Maybe when Hussie stops focusing on ALL MY FAVORITE THINGS AT ONCE.
As I'd hoped, today was more of the OT3 being stupidly OT3 for each other.
-Oh god, Dave riffing on Karkat's sickle and John's hammer being symbols of communism was golden, as was Karkat being like "You're clearly trying to confuse/distract me by bringing up weird human cultural things that you know I know nothing about, but I'm not falling for it!"
-DAVE: do you have any idea how rich i am
I'd totally forgotten, but he must still have that mountain of boondollars from the LOHACSE that Terezi got him to hoard. Not that boondollars are worth anything, so lol.

Then again, I guess it's good she doesn't know about all the horrible stuff Vriska's been up to since she died, because that'd just make things even more confusing.

Between this and Terezi wishing she was in a doomed timeline, this is officially one of the most depressing updates ever.

Also loved Terezi using a human obscenity, sort of like how Dave used the phrase "boned up the protein chute" in Openbound. Cross-cultural expletive-sharing, yay!
Edit: Ahahahaha oh god, I can't unsee it — that chop-chop gesture Karkat's making combined with his facial expression reminds me of that thing John was doing when he was trying to figure out how Jade and Davesprite get their mack on. These dorks, I swear.
