Re: A point about "sexism"

Except the perceived lack of emotional strength of teenage girls is exactly why this plot even happens in the first place. So, yeah, the show pretty much is demonizing and victimizing girls for the vile sin of wanting things for themselves and having emotions, the fact that there are no males in the cast besides Kyousuke and a few others does not mean that the characters are genderless or somehow not female, you dickweed. Would you say that if the cast was all male? Clearly not, since male is apparently the default. Also, "feminine people"? What the fuck? You can just say female, we ain't Crystal Gems. You've been doing it the whole time throughout this stupid post, anyway. Why change it?

Not to mention you contradict yourself, saying there's no context for males in the show. Even going by your crap-ass illogic, this is blatantly untrue. There's Kyousuke, whom you even mention, Madoka's brother and dad, and male background characters. So there IS a "cultural context" for males, you fucking hypocritical jackass. Just because they're not major enough for your shitty taste doesn't mean they're not there! This whole pitiful waste of a post is just trying so hard to sound intelligent, well-meaning and in the right by using repetitive points and deceptively elaborate-sounding non-sequiturs, when it's really not. Oh, and by the way, I really wanna know in what way the males act "consistently" to the females". Though I don't expect an answer, of course, since you're just pulling shit out of your ass.

Also, you don't need scare quotes around sexism, it makes you sound condescending, which you are. If anything, YOU'RE the sexist one, trying to make it sound like you're making commentary on people being averse to a show in which the women are center-stage and the players in their own narratives as opposed to set pieces, a role that supposedly goes to the men, and yet somehow(not), it sounds like YOU actually have a problem with said representation(even if I personally feel like it was executed poorly).

I could go on and on, but if I did, I'd get a headache, because this is frankly the most stupid, half-assed, contrived bullshit comment on this review. No one's saying you must agree with it, but at least TRY to write a response that is sensible, not moving the fucking goalposts, and is somewhat able to hide what a goddamn fool its writer is! You can't even spell Bechdel correctly.
