Haha I must be really slow on the uptake, but I just realized another reason why Vriska's recent actions are especially horrible, even by normal Vriska standards: All that stuff she was saying about how the doomed timeline selves are just copies and everyone thinks of them as inferior to the alpha selves and so it's okay to mind-control them into mass suicide missions — that all sounded about 10 times worse once I remembered that Vriska used to date one of those doomed "copies"! Yeah, he's perma-dead now, but even so, he was Vriska's boyfriend and yet she still doesn't think of the doomed selves as real people. Granted, she treats the alpha selves horribly too, because hey, sociopath, but it still kind of stunned me to remember that detail. Like, damn girl, that is cold.
