Freckles has a name, but as it turns out her name is actually a HUGE SPOILER, so there's like, an actual legitimate reason why it takes so many chapters before we finally find out her name.
(And Bleach is definitely on the decline. Has been since the hot mess that was the 'Deicide' thing, actually. And Kodansha recognizes that, which is one of the reasons why it's kind of abandoning the Bleach ship right now.)
